Llandovery Motorbike Weekend

Sue and Jonah of Basel Cottage Holidays are pleased to be at the heart of the plans to deliver the inaugural Llandovery Motorbike Weekend.  We are thrilled that HRH The Prince of Wales has accepted our invitation to launch this innovative event to assist with both the sustainability of our beautiful town as well as contributing to improved safety on our roads.  HRH The Prince of Wales will visit Llandovery on Friday 8th July 2016  during his annual ‘Wales Week’ where he will meet the organisers of the Weekend and supporters of his Welsh Charity, PRIME Cymru as well as representatives from the Road Safety Engagement Team and more importantly the bikers themselves!   Afterwards HRH The Prince of Wales will  ‘drop the flag’ on a Parade of Motorbikes through the town launching the weekends activities.  What started as an ‘off the cuff’ idea has developed swiftly into what we hope will be an iconic weekend!  To find out more find us on www.facebook.com/llandoverymotorbikeweekend
